Ms. Diaz has been a licensed member of the Florida Bar since 1995, and is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 1999. Ms. Diaz is a former Miami-Dade County prosecutor with a long history of success both in the courtroom and at the negotiation table. She is a skilled litigator and negotiator, and received her Supreme Court Mediation Certification in 2003.
